If your home meets all health and safety requirements, the LPA will officially license you to care for children. When you need additional forms, download them from the Community Care Licensings website www. If you have further paper work to complete, you will receive direction from the LPA on what you need to complete, in order to get your license. If you have Live Scan approval and all forms have been successfully submitted, please wait up to three weeks for an LPA to contact you regarding your home visit. Your License.
